INAUGURATION OF FIRST YEAR B.E./B.TECH. CLASSES

           Vel tech Engineering College Celebrated 8th Inaugural Ceremony for the first year Engineering students on the 7^th of August 2016 at Vel Dr.RR &Dr.SR Convention Centre, Vel tech Avadi. The inaugural ceremony was commenced with the lighting of lamp by a group of dignitaries, followed by a prayer song. The Chief Guests for this momentous occasion were Mr. .Umanath, Senior Manager-HR, Diamler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.,  Mr. Antony Jerald Anand, Asst Manager, Head-HR Learning & Development, Sify Technologies Limited, and Mr.Viswanathan Venkat Subramanian , National Head Engg. Hiring Wipro Limited. Among the dignitaries present were, the Founder, Chancellor  & President, Colonel Professor Dr.Vel R Rangarajan, the Foundress, President Dr.  Mrs. Sakunthala Rangarajan, Vice - President Mr. K V D Kishore Kumar, the Principal Dr. Nagalingeshwara Raju, and Vice- Principal Mr. J Bharani Chandar.
